Holiday Inn Express Hocking Hills-Logan by IHG

Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless — incredibly clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. A special shout-out to Angie at the front desk — she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we checked in, she was friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. Her warm personality made a great first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service!

This hotel was top of the line, and the price reflects that, compared to the other dated hotels in the area. The room was clean and well appointed, had two queens and a fridge. The pool was a decent size, if a large group or two was in there, it would be crowded. The breakfast was your typical pancake machine and then several hot items to choose from, omelets, biscuits and gravy, and sausage were on the menu for the day. The location is great, just a bit from the welcome center, and about 20 minutes to any of the main areas. The highlight of the visit was the staff, everyone we saw was super helpful and happy. Especially the lady running the front desk, she also was working the breakfast area like a champ! Highly recommend staying here and being closer to the trails vs Lancaster.

I usually look for IHG hotels. Glad to find this property. Good access to Logan restaurants and shopping as well as Hocking Hills attractions. Highly recommend Hocking Hills Winery just a few minutes away.

Great location and well maintained, the staff was outstanding. The rooms were immaculate and the whole place was remodeled as well. Pool was located in an excellent area and not isolated, you can actually sit in the back lobby and still see and hear your kids play through the large windows. Breakfast was good just to start off your day.

Stayed one night for a wedding in the area. Was super taken aback by the high prices. Rooms were nice, and clean. Sundries were provided in the shower + at the sink. The hotel and lobby were full of wedding guests from other weddings in the area, so that must be the reason for the price. Did not check out any other areas of the property or its amenities as we simply changed, went to the wedding, back to sleep, then on the road for the long drive home. The check in girl was less than helpful. We booked the room on my husbands card , which I had with me to check in along with his ID (his wallet in my purse) as he unloaded the bags- she requested she needed to PHYSICALLY see him, some what aggressively - which was odd as now days most of the properties we stay in in larger cities simply check in on an app, bypassing the front desk, and straight to your room- with your phone unlocking the door. Anyway, besides that- hoping to help anyone else who may stay here, in a similar situation- the hotel was fine.

This room is very impressive for the price range, it's unreal. Truly rivals a room I had recently in Las Vegas for $600 less per night. Very pleased with this value

Stayed here on NYE for the night. Check in was easy and front desk attendant was very nice. Room was very spacious and relatively clean overall, bathroom was exceptionally clean and liked the walk in shower. WiFi did go in and out a lot which was annoying but for one night, it was manageable. Would stay here again.

Very soft pillow top mattresses. Pillows were great. Large fridge and microwave in each room and mini keurig. Love the coffee machines in lobby. Breakfast was very good. Staff top notch. WiFi was poor - weak signal and slow.
